All of the above are stored locally on your device only. They are not accessible to any third party, are not transmitted to our servers, and do not contain personally identifiable information.
3. What We Do NOT Use
We confirm that this website does not use:
- Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
- Facebook Pixel or any advertising tracking
- Session cookies or persistent HTTP cookies
- Third-party retargeting or remarketing scripts
- Social media tracking pixels
- Heatmap or session recording tools
- Any form of cross-site tracking
4. Third-Party Resources
Our website loads resources from the following third-party CDNs. These third parties may log standard server access data (IP address, request URL, timestamp) as part of normal CDN operation, but we do not receive this data and it is governed by their own policies:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com): loads our web fonts. Google Privacy Policy

We have no control over how these third parties process data. We have loaded Google Fonts and GSAP using asynchronous loading techniques to minimise performance impact, and we only connect to Web3Forms when you actively submit the contact form.
5. How to Clear Our Stored Data
You can remove all localStorage data we have stored at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome/Brave: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data → Site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data
Clearing this data will reset your theme preference to dark mode and show the intro animation on your next visit, both of which are minor inconveniences with no other consequences.
6. Legal Basis
The localStorage items described above are strictly necessary for the website to function as designed (theme persistence, animation control) or relate to security (rate limiting). They do not require your consent under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 or the EU ePrivacy Directive as they contain no personal data and serve only functional purposes.
